SHIPPING & RETURNS
All packages will be shipped via Fast Way or Australia Post parcel.
All orders over $100 dollars will receive free postage, please allow 1-3 days for dispatch of goods.
All orders under $100 will incrue a flat $10 postage fee.
Express postage can be arranged for a flat fee of $15, please allow 1-2 days for dispatch of goods.
If you have not received your package in 7 business days of ordering please contact us via email with you full name and order details so we can track the order - email@example.com
If you are not 100% happy with the product that you have chosen we will refund/exchange or credit goods if they are returned within 30 days.
All goods are to returned in original condition – unused, unworn and unwashed.
Refunds will be processed via original payment once the items have been returned and inspected. We will not refund any postage costs.
All goods will be inspected before leaving, but in the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a product with a manufacturing fault please contact us and we will inform you of the procedure as it varies between manufacturers.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued on sale stock, if there is a manufacturing fault please contact us.
If purchasing clothing and it is not correct we are happy to the exchange product or issue a credit but a refund will not be given unless clothing is faulty.

OUT OF STOCK
As we have a business plus a website we make every attempt that the stock on hand on our website is correct and true, sometimes it will sell out and not be updated. In this case we will provide you with an immediate refund unless you would like to place the shoes on back order.
To make up for the inconvenience, we have many other items that might fit your need or taste. As our way of saying sorry we would like to offer you an exclusive 10% discount off any other full priced item you may want to order within 2 weeks.
